The source innovator of computing world is the internet which starts with development of computers. In earliest time it is only used for sharing information with interlinked computers, later it become main source of sharing and research purposes in whole world. The internet changed the life in divert manner commercially and culturally in the mid-1990. Internet facilitates to students in different way but it also impose the bad effects on student’s character building and on their academics life (Díaz, L. M. B., & Cano, E. V. 2019). We use the knife to kill a man or cut the fruits for eating, internet is the instrument which can be used as a knife for good or bad purposes. But number of students using internet to waste their time for inappropriate information. It neglects the schoolwork by which students cannot find sufficient time to study, they cannot focus on their schoolwork and they get less grades in academics, students not think on their own pace they become as slaves of internet, and they are facing some health problems (Baturay, M. H., & Toker, S. 2019).

From the last decade, the huge accessibility of internet changing student’s way of lifecycle and announcing the innovative social dynamics. It allows the immediate information with just one click. Its use facilitate virtual eLearning and communications with others. With its lot of active users, it is most popular technology worldwide and, as a significance, researcher study the some effects of its use on student’s character building. The rational of this study is to determine the effects of internet on the character of students by using internet.

Internet increases daily activities, it has begun to mirror the society with positive as well as negative effects. When we use internet For example researchers, designers, artists, doctors, developers, teachers, students and those who are connected to the internet, it is negative impact which is gotten from past that internet addiction and dependency of students on internet is welling up due to fault and bugs in service, network, and software’s, around the world lot of students, use the internet for communication, searching, finding, informing, working, playing, building new relationships and for entertainment these type of overuse of internet damage the behavior of students( Sawyer, R., & Chen, G. M. 2012). The everyday involvement on internet damage the social relations, become social isolation, living alone, and absence of close relationship may increase the degree of stress and depression these are the reasons which badly effects on the behavior of students( Twenge, J. M., Baumeister, R. F., Tice, D. M., & Stucke, T. S. 2001).

Nowadays, the performance of internet play dynamic role in the student lives. Youngsters as well as students involved in online activities both inside and outside the classroom. In the school, students practice the Internet for clarification while they search out for information and while they are completing their tests. As in spare timing students do conversation with their friends, increasing their interest in online gaming and involved in a literary work based on the imagination and not necessarily on fact as fan fiction, they used uploaded content to edit photos and movies, etc. (Comas-Quinn, A. 2019). The forums of fan fiction which are on the internet they are considered as “informal learning settings”. Further discussed the gap of the generation which nowadays exists between students and teachers. Young people are referred to within the modern digital era, where students and adults gain their skills in ICT later in life. So, there is a 'digital knowledge gap' among the teacher and his/her students (Santos, N. S., García-Holgado, A., & Sánchez-Gómez, M. 2019, October).The over use of the Internet also impact student language and communication skills in English as foreign and as a second language. This condition makes a possible fight between the formal and the informal side of language in the classroom. 

In an article addressing the matter of e-safety midst other things, deliberate the quandary of permitting kids and youngsters to make utilization of the learning opportunities which are offered by the internet, and at the same time guarding them against possible damaging 'side effects'.
