it helps the teachers in delivering a lesson smoothly and effectively in
classroom to students. It tells that which specific and essential information
or knowledge on a particular topic are necessary for students to learn.it also
tells a way, a procedure and a methods for delivering a particular information
to the students. It tells the way of measuring students’ knowledge during the
lecture (formative assessment) or at the end of lecture (summative assessment)
to check that how well they achieved knowledge on a particular topic which

Every beginner will face the problems in preparing a perfect and
effect lesson plan for his or her class. When an individual try to write a
lesson plan he or she not focusing on that conditions which are necessary to
write and they will do wrong during writing a lesson plan. An individual must
know the rules and regulations of lesson planning, mostly the beginners are not
familiar with the Blooms Taxonomy objective words, which will be helpful in
preparing a lesson plans objectives. Beginners are unaware about the teaching
methods and techniques that which method and technique would be suitable for selected
or specific topic, they will be failed in preparing effective strategies to
follow in classroom. It is very difficult for beginners that in early stages to
find out the error in prepared lesson plan and try to make correction, because at
very first stage individuals are unaware about the steps of lesson planning. The
beginners’ lesson planner makes some common mistakes which are pointed out as
follows:
- Inflexibility: The beginner individuals will be failed to prepare effective lesson plans, if he or she not build flexibility in their lesson plans.
- Planning entire work in single plan: Mostly beginners include entire work (i.e. full chapter, two to three topics) in single lesson plan, lesson planner don’t realize that class period limit is 45minutes, the beginner should realize that how much they teach in available time period and be prepared lesson plan according to time limit as they can easily cover.
- Unfamiliarity: Unaware with steps, techniques, teaching methods, objectives, usage of audio visual aids, assessment techniques, and strategies to follow.
- Unprepared before teaching: beginners not plan in advance, they just prepared their lesson plan in just 5 minutes before going to classroom.
Here is the sample of lesson plan in which complete shown the
mistakes which are made by beginner, it is his or her first stage of preparing
lesson plan, in which you can easily the problems which is faced by his or her.
Here is a suggestion for the government and curriculum designers that before
hiring a teacher for the teaching job, they should completely train beginner
