There is a famous saying that the feet of a pot are visible only in the cradle. Annette Larrow seems to reinforce this in her research.

Inclusive character building is a parenting style they introduce, in which parents incorporate a variety of organized activities into their children's lives to develop their abilities. In our indigenous upbringing, parents completely reject Annette Larrow's theory and begin to plan the child's career according to their own desires, regardless of their abilities. when my son grew up he will will become a doctor. Besides, there is also a desire to become an engineer or a senior officer. That is, the last several generations have decided that the sole purpose of education is to acquire the ability to be someone's servant. A child raised in this situation mentally knows only one solution to all his financial problems and that is to get a certain amount of money in his hand every month. Every young person's dream is an attractive job, for which all resources, full childhood and youth are expended.

The purpose of life of the middle and poor class is to improve the economic situation. But it is rare to find a way out of a job to achieve this goal, because the scope of thinking was limited to childhood. Therefore, no untouchable idea of considering possibilities and using limited resources passes through any young person. Business is also the legacy of only those families who have been doing business for generations.

The great disadvantage of this thinking that flourished in our society was that the business world was deprived of the supply of new ideas, new innovative thinking and the young generation of enthusiastic blood and became a victim of stagnation. In the business world, new styles are the guarantor of its vibrancy and prosperity, but in our business, preferring to be a servant rather than trying one's luck is an obstacle to our development.

There are many things in our daily lives that not only we must use but also our day without them. Whether it's a smartphone that has become part of our being as a part of our being from the bedroom to the meeting room, or the countless items we use in our daily lives, including shampoo, toothpaste, perfume, rest watch and shoes. There is a long list of brands ranging from kitchen utensils. But can we name a single Pakistani brand from this list that is known all over the world like Adidas or Nike?

Of course, every business is born with just one idea before it starts and then gradually grows to the next level of growth, nurtured by the blood and liver of its soul. We have many such examples. Starting from a small room, Google is ruling the IT world today. When such an idea becomes a reality, companies like Facebook or Apple shine on the business horizon. At the time of their establishment, no significant resources were available.

But hard work, dedication and a desire to move forward made it possible to reach the next destination. It is a well-established fact that no project gets worldwide fame from its inception, but constant and tireless efforts, endeavors, eventually lead any business to a place where the world recognizes it. Our fertile soil turned many flowers into tenacious trees, the scent of which reached the whole world. But what is the reason that Pakistanis, who have been showcasing their talents all over the world, have not been able to introduce a brand that could reach the heights of fame in the world market. Because in any case, every businessman dreams of fame even beyond the borders of the country.

For Google, Facebook or YouTube, it is justified that overnight fame is destined to be based on a connection to IT. Other consumer goods businesses travel beyond borders after success in their home market, which certainly takes time. But the question arises as to why Pakistan has not been able to achieve such a position in the world market since its inception. While it is as clear as day that there is a shortage of incompetent people in Pakistan and no shortage of raw materials and resources.

The main reason for this situation, which I see as a member of the same society, is that the tendency to do business is limited to those families who have been in the business world for some time in the last several generations. Are connected to The second major reason seems to be the breakdown of our educational structure, which prevents our youth from being trained to use their abilities with confidence. Universities often send students to the battlefield of life with only a bibliography and a degree without teaching any skills. Home training from an early age also attracts them to get only one job. As a result, our child grows up trained to be a servant from the very beginning.

In today's history, if Pakistani youth are bothered to jump into the business arena, it is due to the deteriorating home environment, training and educational infrastructure, as well as the wrong economic policies of the governments. The small business class has not been given the facilities that a developing country plans to become an industrial power. The current government's "Successful Youth Program" may be a breakthrough, but more needs to be done. On the other hand, our young people do not have a comprehensive plan due to lack of business skills.

One of the reasons why Pakistan is lagging behind in the race for international brands is the lack of training workshops for employees. Employees are the backbone of any company's growth and it is important to prepare them for the challenges of the times to come.

Lack of market research, lack of potential incentives for employees, lack of introduction of new changes in the business, lack of opportunities for new talented people to take advantage of their innovative ideas and lack of professionalism are the elements that Weaken any Pakistani company from the very beginning.
